Abstract

In general and media didactic theories, media are often understood as means and tools. In contrast, in e-learning the medium can be understood more adequately as the space of teaching and learning. In this case, however, it must be asked - with reference to a relational understanding of space - what constitutes this space, what action-structuring conditions are at work here and what can and must be designed didactically at the same time. With regard to this question, the previous pedagogical approaches will be asked and categories will be developed with regard to spatial sociological positions, which can be used in the analysis of online-medial (teaching-learning) spaces. These categories will be applied to the example of a blended learning tutorial.
