Abstract

Quality will determine the future chances of success for e-learning. This is the result of many recent analyses and developments. For example, the KPMG study showed that e-learning is not only about good technology, but that the company's learning culture and the learner need to be involved much more than before. This article deals with what quality in e-learning actually is and what concepts exist for describing and assuring quality.
