Abstract

The Federal Initiative Youth on the Net (BIJaN) is a research and development project funded by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth. The aim of the project is to equip youth welfare facilities with computer technology through public-private partnerships analogous to the Schools on the Net project. The equipment initiative is combined with the development of an internet platform that provides offers for young people. This paper focuses on the pedagogical concept of the Internet platform. A proposal for a didactic ontology of social work is presented for discussion. The proposal draws on the results of the L-3 project, in which a didactic ontology for online learning in the field of further education was developed.
