Media Education In Austria: Perspectives, Potentials And Problems

Abstract

In the form of a kaleidoscope in eight pictures, perspectives, potentials and problems of Austrian media education, theoretical foundations and practical concepts are illuminated. Authors from different fields have their say, whether from the university, the ministry or media education practice, characterised by their respective scientific-theoretical, practice-related and sometimes also very personal approaches to media education.
