Abstract
In Baden-Württemberg, there have been media education programmes in various fields of action for many years. The state government's media offensives I and II, which have been carried out over the past 15 years, have provided numerous impulses for media education in and out of schools. There are a number of institutions and organisations, both state and independent, in which competent professionals work. Despite these offers and activities, it must be noted that media education is still relatively far from being permanently and broadly anchored in the pre-school sector, in schools and in the extracurricular sector in Baden-Württemberg and thus from reaching all children and young people. Most read articles by the same author(s)
