Abstract
This article deals with the reconstructive or reconstruction-logical perspective of qualitative research and its significance for media didactics as a central subfield of media education. The focus of the contribution is the examination of the method and methodology of objective hermeneutics according to Oevermann and its potential and limits for media didactic research oriented towards the qualitative research paradigm. The exemplary frame of reference is a research project that investigates the collaborative learning processes of primary school pupils when working with the computer in a media corner in everyday, open lessons.
